Sarah Bregel is a mother, a writer, a feminist and a deep-breather based in Baltimore, MD. She spends her days typing, changing diapers, and avoiding the laundry. She has two kids, a two year old son and a six year old daughter. She has contributed to Vox, Today, The Washington Post, Babble, Scary Mommy, Parents and many more.
