I'm a freelance writer / food & wine blogger by day, and a restaurant employee by night. I am constantly experimenting in the kitchen, and love collecting new recipes, as well as new restaurants to try. I also have a thing for stories –– true stories, fictional stories, magical stories –– anything that inspires and challenges. I'm currently reading the Harry Potter book series for the very first time, and am slowly plucking away at a book manuscript about my personal journey of faith.
