Beth Gilstrap still lives in her hometown of Charlotte, NC. Her work has appeared in Fwriction, Quiddity, Superstition Review, The Minnesota Review, Kudzu Review, andAmbit, among others. She was nominated for a Pushcart once and attended residencies in Vermont and Oregon, where she tried to convince herself that she liked the country; she definitely didn’t drink too much and try to sleep by bonfires. Her debut story collection I AM BARBARELLA will be released by Twelve Winters Press in 2015.
