"I'm really proud of getting my master's degree in early childhood education at Mills College because it was really tough! I think the hardest part was having to use my brain in different ways all the time — I had to write a lot of papers, do a lot of reading and quick turnaround on that, use critical thinking and inquiry, and then turn around and work in the lab school with young children — which was just using all that I had been learning and talking about, but in a different way."
